Thank you for the wonderful Down Syndrome BuddyWalk. The course was a perfectly charming balancebetween community education and scenic stroll.I was especially pleased that so much thought had goneinto the details, even down to allowances made for theweather, an abundant supply of snacks, and of coursethe park amenities. There was something for everyage of participant, from the delicious cocoa and coffee, tasty bagels and muffins, cookies and other treats,to the balloon man, fire truck and aid car - especiallythe fire department personnel who took their time andenjoyed the company. The speeches were excellent, andwe especially enjoyed the emcee interviewing peoplewith Down syndrome, who had such thoughtful andentertaining remarks to share and were so gracious intheir thanks. My family had a wonderful time.
